GRANTEES / TIE: who they are
In 2003, Trust in Education was founded by a group of five friends in order to “make a difference” for the people of Afghanistan. This engaged group of neighbors determined not to be “observers sitting in the bleachers,” but rather players on the field of reconstruction and humanitarian aid. Today, the group’s contributors number in the hundreds and their efforts are making a significant difference for children and families in the city of Lalander, Afghanistan.
